FreshMart connects customers with local vendors. We facilitate orders but are not responsible for product quality from vendors.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance by vendors. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Delivery times are estimates. Vendors will share delivery details via WhatsApp.

Orders can be cancelled before preparation. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, or violate any laws.

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
